Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, or if the product has developed a fault due to misuse or negligence, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns of used products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us.

Please keep the packaging for at least 2 weeks after receiving your order. Returns without the original packaging will be rejected. For warranty claims, without the packaging, you will be responsible for ensuring the goods are sent back to us safely.

If your item is unused (brand new) and within 14 days of delivery, our team will gladly assist with the return process. To initiate a return, please contact our support team via Live Chat or email at Info@pamilabike.com. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

If your product has been used but is experiencing issues, please refer to our Warranty Policy, as it may be covered under warranty.

A return may be refused or you may be charged for loss in value if goods are returned in a different condition than when sent. This charge is usually around 15%. Used products will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

  • If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., personal preference, wrong order), the customer must bear the shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), Pamila will cover the return shipping fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us at Info@pamilabike.com and we will guide you through the process. All returns must be pre-approved by our team.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (less any delivery fees incurred by us), and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at Info@pamilabike.com and we will guide you through the process.

CHANGING YOUR MIND

If you place an order and change your mind before it is shipped, we may still be able to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately. A 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.

If the order has already shipped and you wish to cancel or refuse delivery, a 10% restocking and processing fee will apply.
