General Disclaimer

Once an order has been accepted, Pamila will make every effort to process and ship it within the stated timeframe. However, please note that unforeseeable events such as severe weather, customs delays, or global crises may affect delivery schedules.

While we aim to dispatch most orders on the same business day, the actual dispatch and delivery timeframes are detailed on each product page. Please note that courier services may occasionally experience delays or backlogs, and Pamila cannot be held responsible for such delays.

To ensure the security of purchases, Pamila may need to contact customers to validate orders, which could also result in a delay.

Shipping Methods

We offer both international shipping and local delivery from overseas warehouses.

The delivery time for bikes is as follows:

  • Ship From: USA
  • Items: Bike
  • Processing Time: 3 Business Days
  • Shipping Time: 7–12 Days
  • Shipping Fee: $200 USD

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Note: Please provide a valid phone number when placing your order so that the delivery driver can contact you if needed.

Countries We Ship To

Pamila currently ships internationally. However, please note:


  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are collected by your local government and are outside of Pamila’s control.

  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees charged in their country. For details, please consult your local customs authority.

  • If an order is refused, or customs fees are not paid, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, the customer is solely responsible for all related costs (including shipping and taxes).

If you have special shipping requests, please contact our support team after placing your order.

Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 3 business days.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday (before 1 pm) will begin processing on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products before they arrive in our warehouse. Each pre-order item will have its estimated shipping date clearly stated on the product page.

  • Your pre-order will be dispatched within 3 working days after stock arrival.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
  • In rare cases, pre-order shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, our Customer Support Team will notify you promptly.
  • You may cancel a pre-order before it ships by contacting us at Info@pamilabike.com. Please note that pre-ordering may prevent another customer from purchasing the same item, so we kindly ask that you only pre-order if you are confident about your purchase.
